If you use any Zao Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Zao does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Zao Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Zao reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE
All items purchased from Zao are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If for any reason there were damages to any product after handing it to the carrier company, Zao will do its best to keep in contact of the customer and the carrier company to solve any issue; however, the responsibilities will fall on the carrier company.
Zao take care of delivery and the estimation of delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed and payment has been made.
Delivery charges will be added if available on your order of products, and it will be shown in Saudi Riyal unless the website permits to different currency.
If you have missed the chance of receiving your order the first time, you have the right to arrange another day for delivery with the carrier company. In addition, for any reason you have missed the second time of delivery, you might be charged extra for another arrangements
